Complete 50mL Mason Jar Mayberry Bottling Line
Item Type: Complete Line
Manufacturer: Pack Line
Model Number: 50mL Mini Mason Jar Mayberry Line
Last Use: Distilled Products
Dimensions: TBD

The uncaser/ rinser/ filler/ capper unit is manufactured by Pack Line Limited. The Model number is PFM PL 400168.

The Labeler unit is produced by Tadbik Labelling and Marking Solution and is model number TD-700M

The accumulation table is just a generic stainless steel turn table.

This is a ~25 bottle per minute system currently optimized for standard 48 pack Mayberry mini-Mason jars, though it could be modified to fill other similarly sized packages. The first unit uncases and air/ vacuum rinses the jars and feeds them onto the filler supply belt. The second unit volumetrically fills the jar/ bottle (can be calibrated to your package) and then applies the lid and inspects/ ensures lid is in place (magnetic inspection). Then the jar feeds to the Tadbik Labelling machine which has 3 heads to apply labels on front, back, and top of the jar/ bottle (configurable).

Equipment used to bottle and label 50 ml mason jars (Mayberry jars)
It is fully automatic with an air rinse, a rotary/ volumetric filler, and in-line labelling system. It rinses, fills, and labels about 20-30 units/ minute.
