    Selling a gently used Cidersure 5500, manufactured by FPE. Unit was purchased in April of 2022, and is in great condition. It is currently located in IA. We are asking for $30,000.

    The Cidersure is FPE’s UV Treatment Equipment specifically designed and Pre-Validated for the pasteurization of Apple Cider. The Cidersure product line is more than 20 years in operation and development and has been a crucial technology for the Cider Industry as an alternative to Thermal Pasteurization.

    The 5500 model has flow rate controls, is a rolling cabinet that stands on the floor, has a larger pump and other more a powerful UV dosage, and has the maximum throughput of 300 GPH. All Cidersure models have built in data logging and reporting features, and meet FDA Food Safety Requirements for the Pasteurization of Apple Cider.

    • Low Power Consumption: 120 VAC and GFI protected.

    • Effective: Meets FDA requirements for elimination of E. Coli bacteria. Controls cryptosporidium and salmonella.
    • Meets 21 CFR 179.39 requirements *with 150 micron filtration
