Description

ONE USED 2006 UHLMANN MODEL B 1240 BLISTER MACHINE WITH 2006 INTEGRATED UHLMANN CARTONER MODEL C 2155. The B 1240 can produce 250 blisters per minute at 70 cycles/min. Blister index x width: 130 mmx 156.5 mm. Forming Film width: 168 mm.  Maximum depth of draw: 24 mm. Currently running a 3-inch x 2.5-inch blister. The unit can handle all types of heat seal-able materials including Alu/Alu blisters. The blister packer is equipped with the following: Sim Tap Feeder has Blister Product, Sealing, Forming , punching, and Perforation Stations, TruFlex  UV  Flexographic Printer, Transfer Conveyor, Touch Screen Controls with  PLC, Thermo Scientific Water Chiller, and Vision System. After blisters are made they drop onto a discharge conveyor and are fed directly into a Model C2155 cartoner. Cartoner can produce up to 150 cpm with a max carton size of 115 x 100 x 170 mm. Cartoner is also fully equipped with coder.
