Semi-automatic and compact blistering machine with manual handling. The unit can make blisters in plastic material of different nature with aluminum cover or other types of cover materials. All operations needed for blister packaging are carried out simply and quickly on the same machine, by changing and replacing the format-related parts. Electric and electronic management is ensured by high-precision instruments installed on the machine that make it possible to produce high-quality blisters.

Twin pack is the smallest semi-automatic blistering machine on the world market designed for the realization of small production batches, clinical trials and stability tests to be performed in laboratories. An absolute advantage is the double hot-cold station, which allows immediate cutting of the blister by means of a cold station independent of the hot station used for forming and sealing, thus increasing the speed of operations and increasing production. With Twin-pack it is possible to perform, by quickly changing the formed parts and without the aid of tools or specialized personnel, the following operations: thermoforming of plastic material, sealing / coding in a single operation and final cutting of the blister.
The production standard is two 68x89 mm blisters per stroke or a single 136x89 mm blister.
