Used Lyle 40″ wide web fed vacuum forming line including the following:

1995 Lyle Model 140FH web fed thermoformer with maximum mold 40″ x 40″, 80 ton forming capacity. Has top and bottom oven with Quartz elements on top half, Calrod elements on bottom half. Oven is 200″ in length and reported (5) index lengths within oven. Servo electric index. 6.0″ depth of draw, platen 7″ stroke. Top platen drive air actuated, bottom platen drive hydraulic Serial #104800006/043497.

Includes 1995 Lyle Model 140PT trim press. Has 14.5″ V x 40.5″ H window opening. Back platen adjustable 4.5″ x 10.5″. Has Eddy current drive controller & Lincoln lubricator. Serial #35221/103030046.

Includes PLC operator controls.
