DESCRIPTION:
The automatic Blistering machine Partena CAM mod. M90 is a machine specially designed to face the problems of packaging of pharmaceutical products such as: vials, bottles, phialoids, capsules and tablets.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is pneumatically operated, the working cycle is obtained by the following workstations: preheating station, forming station, product loading plan, cutting station, covering station. All the stations are remarkably easy to access and all the movements are fully visible so that the line is very straightforward to clean. This machine is equipped with various safety devices to protect the operator. The Blistering machine is equipped with a stainless steel elevator mainly used for elevating and loading products onto the receiving tray. The products are collected from the tray elevated, pre-sorted and fed to the top towards further feeding unit until they reach their destination. The M90 blistering machine can process both ALU / ALU and PVC / ALU formats.
Current format: ALU/ALU blister pack of 6 cavities containing 400 mg oval tablets size 31 x 22 mm.
Mechanical speed from 30 to 60 cycles per min.
