The highly developed VARIOVAC RAPID AIR SYSTEM contributes to perfect formation of flexible and semi-flexible films and reliable sealing of the package at speeds of up to 20 cycles per minute.
Thanks to the high-speed IPC VARIOVAC, the process time can be displayed in real time. The special stainless steel frame design guarantees maximum machine stability; the four-post lifting system creates maximum closing pressure. Part of the consistent hygienic concept are the open chain profiles and the absence of critical points and areas; the entire machine can thus be cleaned easily and reliably.

The VARIOVAC Primus also meets all customer requirements in terms of user-friendliness: The controls are intuitive to operate and all information is clearly displayed in text or symbols - the ideal prerequisites for perfect communication between man and machine.

Various VARIOVAC solutions and components are available to individually configure your packaging line: from product feeding and stacking to marking and labeling as well as package separation. Metal detectors and checkweighers complete your total packaging line.
