The CFS Compact 420 is a professional automatic thermoforming line designed for vacuum packaging a wide range of food products including meat, fish, seafood, cheeses, salads, vegetables, fruit, confectionery, and more.

Operational Method:
The machine automatically forms packaging using two films, one for the top and one for the bottom. The operator places the product into cells created by the bottom film. Subsequently, the product is automatically extracted by a vacuum system, sealed, cut, and optionally labeled. Different types and sizes of trays are formed through manual mold changes.

Operators have the capability to program various parameters such as step, speed, time, temperature, and vacuum level.

This machine is optimized for use with soft film.
