Well-maintained Sipromac TM-050, ideal for vacuum and MAP packaging. This machine is designed to package wide variety of fresh, frozen or processed products.

General description:
-Maximum ambient 35C to 0C with no freezing for the machine.
-Electrical: 12 KW 208/3PH/60HZ or 400v/3PH/50HZ + neutral
-Air hook-up: 1/2'' NPT pneumatic pipe. Use a 1/2'' internal diameter hose to supply machine. You will need 12 ACFM @ 80 PSI dry compress air.
- Water hook-up: use a 1/4'' water line and drain tube with 20 GPH maximum.

Also includes two interchangeable molds:
4-square mold (perfect for portioned products like sliced deli meats or cheese)
3-rectangle mold (ideal for longer items such as bacon or sausages)

-Raccordement à l’air : tuyau pneumatique NPT de 1/2''. Utiliser un tuyau de 1/2'' de diamètre intérieur pour alimenter la machine. Un débit de 12 ACFM à 80 PSI d’air comprimé sec est requis.
-Raccordement à l’eau : utiliser une conduite d’eau de 1/4'' et un tuyau de drainage avec un débit maximal de 20 GPH.

Comprend également deux moules interchangeables :
-Moule 4 cavités carrées (parfait pour les produits portionnés comme les charcuteries tranchées ou le fromage).
-Moule 3 cavités rectangulaires (idéal pour les produits longs comme le bacon ou les saucisses).
