Dutch high quality refurbished steam boiler, as new. Being sold in excellent condition with a retrofit Low NOx full automatic modulating natural gas fired burner. Modulation rate 1 to 7
The boiler is built on supervision and controlled by Lloyd’s Register Netherlands and equipped with German quality parts.

Steam boiler:
Hagoort 167604, 2614 kW 3-pass wett back steamboiler with an centric placed corrugated fire tube with rolled and after-welded smoke tubes for the second and third pass.
The front fleu gas turning chamber exists of two completely openable isolated doors with isolated concrete. The body is placed on two "chairs" equipped with a complete new frame.

Boiler heads with flanged rim

The steam boiler is provided with a "clean" and full history file which is demonstrable. After the steam boiler has been purchased by us, the boiler is completely stripped and cleaned. During this technical MDO- investigation , carried out by an independent certified company. no material and technical defects have been identified. if desired the research rapport is available for insight.

After the investigation, the steam boiler has been re-insulated and finished with mirror-finish stainless metal plates.

In view of the current state of technique and the view on the environment, the steam boiler is provided with a dual layer 50mm mineral insulation layer (total 100mm thickness).

The steam boiler is also equipped with an aluminum tear plate on top in case of maintenance and a plateau with handrail + staircase.

2x Low-water safety control electrodes DN80/PN40 ¾’’ Gestra:
2x level sight reflex glass indicators DN25/PN40 Klinger
2x Mobrey level switches DN25/PN40 Mobrey
1x Extra steam connection valve for degasser DN25/PN40
2x Pressure switches G ½’’ Igema Dwam 16 max pressure safety switch and E&H pressure controller 4-20mA
1x Pressure gauge 0 - 16 Bar Wika Ø160mm G1/2’’
1x Vent valve DN15/PN40
1x Curl pipe NW15/PN40 for the purpose of the maximum pressure possible when assembled directly on the steam boiler.
