Included with boiler: water tank, steam valves, controls, blowdown tank, softener and stack. DonLee burner with new linkage.

Unit is in excellent running condition. Maintained and serviced by Purvis and Foster. Records available. Prepped for fresh coat of paint.

*Currently in operation. Unit is available in October. Will disconnect and load on a truck for the purchaser.
