Candy Cooker 150 Liter Capacity
- Fully Jacketed including transfer lines.
- Makes taffy, toffee, gummies, hard candies)
- Cleans easily and has a manual valve for cleaning, rinsing, and draining.
- Unit is welded to a bottom frame and rolls on casters for mobility.
- Electrical may be run for in permanent placement.
- Measures Roughly (60”L x 50”D x 48”H) This high capacity stainless steel
- Fully jacketed heated mixer, transfer lines, and storage tank can make and store up to 150 Liters of candy in about 3-4 hours and houses a transfer pump between each as well as a transfer pump to bring awaiting liquid to the depositing machine.
- Manufacturers Specs State 220lbs capacity
- Both the Cooker (motor driven mixing paddle) and Storage Tank (tempering agitator) keep product even temperature and moving throughout the process.
