The system operates on 3-phase power and includes a kitchen with a sugar melting tank, holding tank, and two transfer pumps for efficient material preparation. It also features a separate oil heating tank, with all transfer pipes and pumps designed to be double-jacketed and heated for precise temperature control. The depositor is equipped with 20 nozzles, allowing it to deposit 20 gummies per cycle, and a cooling tunnel is included to ensure proper setting and cooling of the gummies.
