S/N: 12-1033. Job #: E01025. Slab Former Assembly consists of a water chilled poly hopper, 18 in. long x 20 in. wide x 16 in. deep. First Roller Station, 18 in. dia. water chilled SS upper roll w/ roller oil assembly and 24 in. water chilled SS lower roll w/ scraper. Vinyl belt conveyor, 151 in. long x 23 in. wide x 38 in. tall. (3) Adjustable Height Compression Roller Stations: (1) 18 in. dia. water chilled SS roller w/ scraper, (2) 10 in. dia. poly rollers. Allen Bradly CompactLogix L24ER PLC, Allen Bradley Powerflex 4 vfds, and Allen Bradley Panelview Plus 400 controls. SS construction, on casters. 480V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 30 Amp. Overall Dimensions: 192 in. long x 64 in. wide x 74 in. tall.

Hopper is removable for cleaning.
Upper roll can be positioned to change the slab thickness by two jack screws.
Slab Former sits on a separate frame from conveyor and compression rollers.
Slab Former can be disconnected from the conveyor and moved to the wash area.
Originally designed for breakfast bars, nutritional bars, or other similar bars.
