Description

Used 2-roll (cylinders) grinder, used to roll chocolate, to crush nuts to make peanut butter, marzipan, and crushing cocoa beans. We had this grinder for few years and we needed a bigger one. It has been used for about 5+ yrs and about once or twice a month for 3-4 hours each time. This machine is made in Italy by Sigma. The company has a great customer service for parts and technical questions. Two years ago we replaced the stone rolls. Currently, it might a replacement of gearbox which can be ordered easily by contacting Sigma ($400 part). It is great piece of equipment for a small bakery or chocolate shop. It is compact and powerful at the same time. It is very easy to clean.
