    Description

    Wonderfully easy to work with automatic tempering machine with enrober and vibrating table. The capacity is for 70 lbs of chocolate. Comes with heaters, a blower and protective plexiglass covers. Has the capacity for storing methods for all your products.

    From the manual:
    The Betec mini tempering machine MT 35 is designed to temper the chocolate automatically. The chocolate container is electronically heated and equipped with a firm stirrer. First, the chocolate will be heated inside the container and then pumped up through an archimedean screw. The screw keeps the chocolate in movement inside the tempering column where it is cooled and stirred. When the chocolate passes through the draining valve, it will have reached the ideal using temperature according to what kind of chocolate is used (white, milk or dark).

    The Betec MT 35 mini tempering machine is  designed to obtain optimal crystallization.

    The Betec mini tempering machine MT 35 is exellent for smaller productions but it can also be used in labs or industrial environments.

    Process control by means of a Color Touch Screen Display:
    A colour touch screen display provides the operator with a clear overview of all parameters.
    One touch of a finger can easily change all parameters such as temperature chocolate container, tempering temperature, screw on/off, vibrating table on/off, dosing quantity...

    The MT 35 is standard equipped with:
    - Heated vibrating table
    - Volumetric dosing system

    - Tailor made dosing plates for polycarbonate moulds (135x275 - 175x275)
    - Industrial vibrating motor
    - Automatic mould loading system
