Unit is electrically heated with hot water jacket. Includes removable side and bottom scrape agitation. Includes Melting, Cooling, and Tempering cycles with timers for agitation and melting. Driven by 1/8 HP, 230/460V, 3/60Hz motor. All stainless steel construction. Very good condition.
