- 50 liter hopper with screw feed with 1.5 HP motor with frequency inverter
- Corundum (ceramic) stone grinding discs
- Pre-cutter with integrated feed impeller
- Jacketed grinding head rated for 6 bar (87 psi)
- Particle size regulation by step-less, axial gap adjustment of the stator (manual adjustment)
- Main motor 30 kw (40 HP), 3000 rpm, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 460 volts
- Stainless steel control panel
- Used for less than 100 hours
- Customer processed almond butter at 2000 lbs/hr. Started with whole and almond pieces. Reduced particle size to 80-100 um (brochure spec is rated up to 2000 liters/hr)
- Can also be used to grind cocoa nibs into liquor
