Description

I only used this for about 6 months, we ended up closing the location. The machine worked very well and was easy to understand. We used it for hemp seeds to remove the shell to make hemp hearts. I paid $11,000 plus tariff and shipping from China so $7500 is a bargain. Unfortunately, we took it down and didn't think to take images of it fully put together.

The sunflower seeds huller machine can complete the removal of impurities, hulling, peeling, sorting and re-selection of sunflower seeds at one time. It is fully automated with high dehulling rate and small kernel breakage. This machine is widely used in sunflower oil and sunflower snack processing plants.

Standard Sunflower Seeds Peeling Machine Configuration:Loading hopper, bucket elevator, double hulling mainframe, three reselectors, suction and return device, receiving hopper, control cabinet.
