Decommissioning, recommissioning, and shipping can be arranged by the buyer or the seller. It has since been in storage in Michigan. It is advised to arrange a rigger to remove it from that facility. I can arrange shipping after rigging has been completed. Ownership will transfer when rigging begins. If desired I can assist with commissioning if an arrangement can be made for services.
