    Description

    Automate bottle inspection unit, model AM-QC, for non contact and non destructive bottle and cap testing, with (17) inspection parameters, on stand, serial# A26653. The Model AM-QC provides product quality assurance, accuracy and integrity in one centralized machine. Using state of the art sensors the AM-QC is a non-contact, Non Destructive Quality Control Center. Equipped with Ethernet and USB hook ups the AM-QC can Compile & Export Data aiding in detecting problem areas and documenting quality control.

    Testing of over 14 diagnostic parameters. Including: cap too high, crocked cap, missing caps, missing foil seals, conveyor speed monitoring, etc.

    Reject system allows defects to be automatically removed. Quick Tool less changeovers are easily accomplished by simple knob adjustments with calibrated scales.
