Prisma S monobloc unit to distribute, pleat and smooth champagne type capsules.
Automatic distributor with mobile cups with double feeding for sparkling capsules of max length 130 mm with detector to check the presence of the bottle and mechanical device with needles for capsule separation.
One turret for pleating sparkling capsules of max length 130 mm.
One turret for smoothing sparkling capsules of max length 130 mm with combined head.
Starwheels and conveyor for one bottle size.
Gearmotor with inverter Danfoss.
Photoelectric cell in entrance that determines the speed according to the bottle flow.
PLC Omron to control the electronic parts
Antistoppag in outlet of the machine.
Frame completely clad in stainless steel.
