    DESCRIPTION:
    Continuous capping machine equipped with one turret and 9 closing heads, suitable for capping plastic and glass bottles, with small footprint and high flexibility. Machine main characteristics are great flexibility, dosing accuracy, compact layout and high performances. This series is designed for the pharmaceutical sector and complies with strict GMP rules. This unit works with sterilised bottles.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    The bottle is conveyed inside the capping machine by the infeed belt. The carousel conveys the bottle under the capping head where it receives a cap from a mechanical vibrator and capping is carried out through a pressure system. After capping the bottle is stored in a collection box. The machine frame encloses the transmission gears, it is made of stainless steel and it is completely separated from the working area. The through tabletop conveyor, for the bottle inlet and outlet, is made of stainless steel, with adjustable guides and independent control. The parts in contact with the product are made of 316 L stainless steel. Clean design (no sharp edges or dead points) allowing a very easy cleaning by the operator. The electrical system & safety devices comply with current CE standards. Maximum accessibility to all working areas. Minimum quantity of change parts, in order to achieve: Very fast changeover time – reduction of dead times and consequent longer time for the production, easy changeover, tool free, low costs of additional sets of change parts – cost reduction.
