Fully automatic snap capper by pack west (irwindale, ca) model in-line u.s. snap capper, serial # li-#12esf-rl-2537. Features all stainless steel construction with polished food grade finish, waterfall type cap feeder sorter, model # 12 cap elevator/sorter/feeder, serial # cesf-2538, bulk hopper with acrylic hinged cover, level sensor, rear clean out door and two hinged side clean out doors, 12" wide aceytal table top chain conveyor with mounted lifting blocks at 4. 5" centers, each flight of table top chain has threaded inserts on each flight allowing mounting of lifting flights in other positions, capper has twin container gripping belts with independent drive and over head cap compression belt 3" wide x 12" long with independent motor, capping head has power lift and lower with graduated scale for position indication, full safety enclosures around capper with safety interlocks and hinged front panels and removable rear panel, touch sensitive hi panel, and factory controls, adjustable cap chute. Formerly used in personal care packaging.
