DESCRIPTION:
The machine is designed to automatically fold seal aluminium caps onto vials and bottles. On the same machine vials and caps of different sizes and or heights can be handled. All parts of the machine which contact the caps are made of stainless steel or aluminium.

MAIN FEATURES:
The capping machine is a continuous running machine which is capable of sealing aluminium DIN caps on vials. The machine comprises a main turret, which accommodates four sealing heads, an infeed star wheel and an outfeed star wheel. A mechanical unscrambler orientates the aluminium caps and feeds them to a cap chute. The supply of caps to the selector is by hand. Vials are picked up from the conveyor by the infeed screw and transported first in correspondence to the cap chute and then to the closing spindles and sealing rollers. After the vials are sealed these are transported to the cap detection sensor. The machine has a cap detection sensor installed to check for proper operation. The SC3 is surrounded by safety cage to meet safety regulations. Equipped with hopper elevator of caps Nuova Comevi mod. Comev 2. Available extra formats: 100 ml e 250 ml.
