Automatic machine for closing, by means of screwcaps, of bottles.

MAIN FEATURES:
Automatic machine for the insertion and screwing caps onto bottles equipped with eight closing heads. The feeder capsules are picked by an arm and inserted in the screw spindle. The spindle guarantees a perfect vibrating feeder rotation up to the stop point of the bottle is a perfect vertical translation, by a fixed meat, for a correct screwing of the capsule on the bottle. Ended the screwing the latches of the spindle open which release the capsule allowing the spindle to slip off and to return upward in preparation to a new cycle. The machine is inclusive of a series of sensory: load in downhill capsules, for the incorrect introduction of the bottle by the screw, of the pickup arm block for the failure of the bottle introduction which is able to make the machine block. The machine is euipped with an emergency button, which removes the voltage in case of danger and of a series of protective doors for operators.
