DESCRIPTION: Three head capping machines are suitable for sealing, screw-capping and push-on capping at rates ranging from 600 to 3.500 caps per hour (depending on the machine model and the cap being used). The “PM” Zalkin automatic capping machine is designed for the application of caps on small bottles. A screw introduces the vials so as to enter them on the pass of the cells of the entry star. The vial is transferred to the central star and takes a capsule at the lower end of the feed chute. The bottle is then taken from the central star and kept under a crimping head that comes down thanks to the action of a cam. The capping is effected, and the bottle is placed back on the conveyor of the output star. SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. MAIN FEATURES: The entire construction in stainless steel. The machine can be easily cleaned after use, however you must avoid wetting the control panel and crimping heads after checking that the panels that close the base are in place. After cleaning proceed to lubricate the machine and especially the heads. The machine speed variation is carried out by AOIP variator. Formats currently existing for 60 ml and 250 ml capacity bottles.
