Description

Kugler automatic combined capper for both screw caps and push-on caps. Separate stations for push-on caps, spray pumps or plugs (single head with pick and place system) and screw caps (twin head).

Currently set up for 72mm diameter bottles.

Speeds: 30 to 50 caps caps per minute depending on cap type (push-on or screw) and bottle type and size.

Features: all Stainless Steel construction, emergency stop button, measuring cup inserter, guarding equipped with safety switches, 3.6 metre through conveyor with 90mm wide slat belt, separate speed controller for screw capping stations, mobile on wheels cap elevator with flighted belt and cap sorter with adjustable height. Technical drawings and manuals in English and German.
