DESCRIPTION:
The machine was designed and built with the aim of capping bottles of various sizes. The complete automation of the machine is guaranteed by a PLC which supervises the management of the data detected by the sensors. The machine can be interfaced with other machines used for feeding or unloading the containers.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine consists of a monobloc with 16 capping stations which allows the work cycle to be carried out and a vibrating cap feeding group. The structure of the monobloc is made of stainless steel. The operations for a possible format change consist in the replacement/adjustment of some parts of the machine. These operations are relatively simple and do not require any specific training of the personnel. The machine offers the possibility of closing all types of containers normally used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
The current format installed is for bottles between 40 and 100 ml capacity.
