Description

Custom built in line single station capper, unit is designed to receive conveyorized containers with caps being stripped from fixed cap chute (shown at 50" floor height) and tightened with pneumatically operated chuck for 38 mm pilfer proof screw caps, container indexing and gating stations on movable mountings, stainless steel 28" diameter bowl feeder with fixed cap chute is driven by Vibvo Eccentric 570 pneumatic vibrator, controls required (original banner sensors are still mounted in system), heavy duty painted steel frame with threaded leveling feet. Formerly used in food ingredients for gallon and larger containers.
