    Features manufacturers rating of 150 BPM, formerly running 53 mm screw closure, sorting hopper has stainless steel polished body and painted cast iron select-a-dial sorter with SS and plated contact parts and 3" cap chute, manually operated variable speed drive, 6 total manually adjustable tightening wheels, single belt container gripper (expandable to dual belt), tightening quills are mounted on adjustable deck for easy adjustment for varying container heights, 4.5" table top chain conveyor is synchronized to capping functions, variable speed ac frequency controller by reliance, 200/230 3 phase operating voltage, emergency stop at discharge side of capper, cabinet style base in painted steel, 36" wide x 54" long with two service doors on opposing sides, 2' long infeed and discharge conveyors, SS guarding.
