All Allen Bradley controls. #304 stainless steel enclosures & tabletop, four acrylic doors. All FDA approved contact parts, mounted on leveling pads. Variable speed controls via a 8" Color Touch Screen mounted on swing out arm. Stations on the machine include: automatic capsule orienting & separation, automatic powder level control system with level sensor, five powder tamping stations for precise weight control to fill a wide variety of products to within +/-2%, faulty capsule reject, capsule closing, capsule ejection and segment cleaning stations.
