Description

This QUALICAP S-100 Capsule Banding Sealing Machine for Two-Piece Hard Shell Capsules is the Pharmaceutical Industry Standard for banding and Sealing Liquid Filled Two Piece Hard Shell Capsules. We have operated three of these machines for the past 10 years and they have held up perfectly and do an excellent job sealing gelatin and HPMC capsules.

This Qualicap Bander is still being manufactured by Qualicap and additional size change parts and other parts are available.

This machine has a full set of the size 2 capsule banding parts that come with the machine. It also has most of the parts to seal size 1 capsules since most of the size 2 and size 1 parts are common size parts for either the size 2 or the size 1 capsule size.

Purchaser can be trained how to operate this Qualicap S-100 Capsule Banding machine on our two S-100 Capsule banders that we currently have setup.
