Features all stainless steel construction with polished pharmaceutical grade finish, mfg rates for 20-60 cartons per minute, central 31.5" diameter double deck 12 pocket star wheel transports cartons through closing and loading process, adjustable carton magazine, top and bottom closing stations for reverse tuck carton, two carton seating stations, discharge station with pusher, rated for cartons from 60 x 20 x 20 mm to 200 x 80 x 80 mm, operates on 220 volt, 50/60 hz, 1 phase, 1/4 horsepower single main drive with 15 to 1 gear reducer, presently set up for apx 2 7/16" x 2 7/16" x 7" tall reverse tuck carton, all cartoning functions are pneumatically operated requiring 150 l/min air flow @ 0.5 to 0.8 mpa pressure, all cartoning functions are graduated for position documentation, touch sensitive operator panel in English and Chinese, e stop, jog, start and stop buttons, OAD 1750 L X 1200 W X 1500 H, 950 kg.

Delivered in 2020 and never used in production. Formerly used in cosmetic packaging.
