DESCRIPTION:
Fully automatic, horizontal, intermittent cartoner for prefolded cartons with reverse or airplane flaps. The KP600 is designed to ensure efficient and versatile production for outputs up to 60 cartons per minute. This machine is able to place even the most fragile article in its premium-printing carton without neither scratch nor traces. This remarkable result is achieved thanks to a carton transfer through plastic belts and to a very a precise flap closure, which is performed only when the carton stops in each dedicated station. The KP600’s fully mechanical drive, along with a reduced number of consumable parts, assures its reliability and resistance through the years. Moreover, its small footprint grants a simple and efficient installation in your production area. Changeovers are very fast and ergonomic. A single operator can perform a format changeover in 10 minutes, almost without tools.

MAIN FEATURES:
Pre-folded cartons are placed on an inclined plane store feeder. Carton pick-up and opening are performed by two arms equipped with suction cups. The open carton is transferred between the upper and lower belts of the secondary chain, where it is held by plastic cleats. Motion is provided by the motorized upper belt. The product is introduced into the carton through a tunnel, by an optimised stroke insertion tool, which is equipped with an automatic overload protection. The positive closure principles ensure perfect closing. Every movements are mechanical and linear. Adjustments are centralized and simplified. This concept allows full repeatability and short changeover time.
