The Certiwrap sleeving range is Kliklok’s latest generation wraparound cartoning solution. Certiwrap machines are built to handle a wide variety of items including ready-meal trays, tubs and many other rigid containers. The products may be packed individually or in a multi-pack, including special options to handle stacked products at speeds up to 80 cartons per minute on the C80 model.
Isolated Carton Control Unusual carton designs or light paperboard materials are controlled with features such as bottom squaring and side panel traveling compression chains. Isolated carton control ensures the best machine performance and a reliable final carton appearance.

The C80 features an inclined hopper feeding carton blanks into a reciprocating inverting feeder mechanism.

Open Design
The unique open design of the Certiwrap provides high visibility, easy accessibility and superior hygienic construction. Simply lifting the hinged door provides total access for wash down procedure and removal of any debris.

Choice of Product Infeed Systems
Since the launch of the Certiwrap range, Kliklok has introduced a variety of new infeed systems to accommodate the growing variation in convenience food types and pack formats. We now offer a choice of side chain infeed for regular shaped products, scroll infeed for round tubs or pots, ‘Smartbelt’ for frozen ready meals or pizzas, and a now a stacking infeed for multiple layers of product.
