DESCRIPTION:
The automatic cartoning machine BA50 has various operating groups. It is characterized by: high production capacity, quick and easy format change, ease of use.

MAIN FEATURES:
Operating cycle: the product to be cartoned is transported to the drawer chain by means of a motorized conveyor belt. A mechanical overturn device places the product in a horizontal position. A sensor detects the presence of the product in the drawer and controls the fetching of the carton. Each product transported by the drawer chain must correspond to the carton taken from its storage. The carton is coded, opened by a specific device and placed on the conveyor, on which it advances until it reaches a sensor that checks its presence. In case of missing carton or malformed carton, the machine stops to allow the verification and correction of the anomaly. A pusher introduces the product contained in the drawer of the transport chain inside the relative carton. Simultaneously with the product, the pusher also introduces the pre-folded leaflet into the carton, taken from the relative storage using pliers. The pick-up of the pre-folded leaflet from the station is controlled by an optical fiber. In case of failure to take the leaflet, the carton is discarded. Once the insertion of the product and the pre-folded leaflet is completed, the carton continues to the exit via the conveyor. During the journey, the packaging cycle is completed by carrying out ribbing of the flaps and final closing of the carton. The cartoner is equipped with pre-folded leaflet inserter.
