Serpa, Model P100, stainless steel, automatic, continuous motion, horizontal, rev. tuck cartoner.

Rated from 50 to 250 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration.
Carton size range: 1" to 6" in Length; ½" to 4" in Width, 4" to 7½" in Depth.

Equipped with 4 chains adjustable in feed set on 6" centers with 3½" long x ½" wide x 8" deep fixed product pockets, 70" long 3 belt powered blank carton magazine, 6 head rotary carton pic-n-place with rotary pre-break, no-product / no-carton, top carton hold down, barrel cam loader, Nordson hot melt glue system, vacuum pump system, Seko gauges, 24" long vacuum belt discharge with air blast reject and interlock safety guarding with status light bar.

Control Panel has AB PLC, with push button start / stop / reset / E-stop and swing arm AB PanelView 1200P touch screen display controls.

Mounted on multi-leg, height adjustable frame.
