DESCRIPTION:
Manual sizing case erector and sealer, which sets and seals with adhesive tape the bottom and top of boxes. The machine can be used by non-specialized operators as it requires very simple adjustment operations. The feed of the box is carried out by means of two motorized side belts, thus ensuring maximum uniformity of sliding. The result is a perfect alignment of the layers and therefore an optimal sealing.

MAIN FEATURES:
Station consisting of a box forming section and a taping section. The module with two motorized side drive belts, adapts to the package of different sizes allowing a large margin of sliding of the boxes. The packaging station provides for the forming and closing of the cartons through the simultaneous application of two strips of adhesive tape on the upper and lower central line of the box. The result is a perfect alignment of the pitches and therefore an optimal sealing, which is carried out by the performing taping heads. Emergency button placed on the top of the machine for quick use in case of need. Feet with castors for comfortable and functional use. Equipped with an accumulation roller conveyor, it is a simple and practical packing station.
