DESCRIPTION: Up for sale is a 2020 EndFlex PopLok Tray Former (Dual Station) in immaculate, like-new condition. This machine was purchased brand new for a specific project and saw extremely limited use—running light production just a few days a week for only 4 months. It has been stored indoors in a climate-controlled facility since.

This is a "Class A" machine designed to eliminate manual labor. It automatically folds and tucks die-cut trays without the need for messy glue or expensive tape. Unlike older machines, the PopLok requires NO MANDRELS, making size changeovers fast and tool-less.

CURRENT TOOLING / BOX CAPABILITIES: The machine is currently set up to run Corrugated Self-Locking Trays with Lids. It comes pre-programmed for these three specific dimensions (L x W x D):

Tray #1: 8.50" x 6.50" x 2.50"

Tray #2: 8.50" x 6.50" x 6.00"

Tray #3: 12.50" x 8.00" x 6.50" (Note: This machine is capable of running other sizes within the manufacturer's min/max range with simple adjustments).
