DESCRIPTION:
With over 30 years of experience in case packing applications, the Cama innovative solutions for RRP (Retail-Ready Package) provide a wide range of successful machines developed over the years. The Cama IN Electronic Case Packers are capable of packing a variety of products into RSC cases, one-piece wrap-around or two-piece display cases for retail-ready packaging solutions. Electronic RSC case packers for packing products such as bags, boxes, cups, flow-wraps and rigid containers into RSC cases. By utilizing suitable loading systems, products can be positioned into the case flat, on edge or standing up on one or multiple layers. The IN-series case packers are suitable for the filling and subsequent closure of cardboard containers by hot glue.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is a medium speed with mechanical operation. The box is picked up automatically and opened by a double suction cup pneumatic system that always ensures correct opening. The products are fed to pack and grouped in accordance with the schedule of planned packaging. The product group is loaded horizontally into the case pre-opened. After the introduction of the product the case is transported to the area of the closure and subsequently exits the machine. The closure of the case is currently by hot glue. The format change is quick and easy to perform.
