DESCRIPTION:
NEWPOCKET is a horizontal cartoning machine with fully automatic mechanical cam movements only, with pneumatic interlocks for complementary operations. It is able to group single products or products wrapped in various types of packaging and to position them inside cases previously inserted by the machine itself. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a group that closes the cases. The work cycle is defined by the following operations: Product Feeding, Product Grouping, case Picking and Forming, case Filling, case Flaps Folding, case Closure with hot glue.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is suitable for small or medium-sized products, to be processed at high speeds. It allows different groupings and configurations. The electronic power supply consists of two infeed belts, two pairs of motorized side belts (one horizontal and one vertical), a stacking group, a transfer group (pusher). The products arriving from the upstream machine are conveyed to the stratification station which separates the product from the incoming flow and arranges for stacking them from the top to the bottom through a mechanical mechanism. The product is then vertically stratified until the required composition is reached, which is transferred by the feed pusher in front of the loading hopper. The machine pusher transfers the grouping inside the case previously inserted by two suction cup holder arms that take it from the warehouse above. At the end of the loading, the machine pusher moves to the waiting position, the previously described loading operations are repeated, and the reed starts the translation of the cardboard. The reed performs the translation by folding the flaps of the cardboard and transporting it to the closing station. A new case is then picked up and inserted, and at the same time the comb returns to the start position. The machine performs the cycle described above automatically. The unit is equipped with a NORDSON Mod. ProBlue 4 hotmelt unit.
