    DESCRIPTION:
    Packaging machine for the final packing in boxes before shipment that guarantees reliability, versatility, high production characteristics even with non-top quality materials. In particular, the SM80 machine has the function of stacking products parallelepiped shape and insert the bundles obtained from a previously carton's shipping that were already formed and introduced into hoppers.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    Semi-automatic machine able to perform automatically and in a continuous cycle combined with all the packaging lines the grouping of products in boxes, their introduction into cartons previously taken from stock, formats and positioned at the entrance opened in such a way that enable the mobile hopper and the pusher to carry out the filling, which completed the two groups of transport side, which serve to maintain the correct squaring, convey the same to the exit. The machine stacks products of parallelepiped shape and insert the bundles thus obtained into shipping cartons previously formed. Built with modular structure, the case packer has an alternating operation. This system allows the machine to minimize the drawbacks and waste. The machine consists of three main parts:
    - Automatic stacking module that groups the products according to the established arrangement. The stacking section is composed of a base, a product feeding belt and a forming group.
    - Case shaping module that provides for the opening of the case to allow its subsequent insertion in the bundle. This section consists of a base, the storage and the control panel.
    - Case closing module, which closes the lower and upper flaps with tape. The case closing module consists of the base, the transport belts and taping groups.
