DESCRIPTION:
The case packer machine CAM brand model smash compact 1 / S, reconditioned in all his parts by APRIL FA.R.MA in 2014, is an alternating movements machine and has the function of stacking cartons and inserting them into shipping cases previously taken from the dedicated warehouse, formed and placed in front of the hopper.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine consists of three main parts:
- automatic stacker: provides for the grouping of the products in the former according to the established arrangement.
- Case forming machine: provides for the unwinding of the carton and its transport to the hopper for insertion of the same to allow the subsequent introduction of the cartons or bundles inside the carton itself.
- Closing module - taping machine: closes the edges of the cardboard by applying tape and then transporting it to the exit.
The working speed depends on the type of product and the feeding possibilities. Speeds of up to 16 cartons per minute can be reached depending on the arrangement of the products. The format change is generally carried out in about 20/30 min. Complete with the recondition manuals.
