Automatic case packer with grouping functions, putting single and bundled cases into carton and closing the carton with non-wrapping adhesive tape.

MAIN FEATURES:
Design, construction, ergonomics, in compliance with cGMP standards. Solid supporting structure made with painted metal plates. The machine is made up of three working sections: carton grouping, carton feeding and closing. The balcony technology favors accessibility, maintenance and cleaning operations. The replacement of formed parts is facilitated through quick-release fasteners, which require minimal use of tools. Pick & Place for the direct transfer of the cartons to the hopper. Transfer of the product into the carton, at the end of the grouping phase, by means of a mechanical control of the pusher and hopper. Minimum-maximum load control with machine in stand-by / stop due to lack of cases and / or cartons. Adhesive tape break check with machine stop. Adjustments for cardboard format change in width and height, performed by servomotors with command directly from the operator panel. Automatic length management with PC format setting.
