Description

Pick and Place Case Packing System. Mdl:CLP. 6-head vacuum. Able to pick MAPS trays, flowpack, sausages and semi-flexible bags and place into crates, cases or master trays. Pick from horizontal infeed and drops product into case vertically. Compact design. Versatile. Adjustable.

Crate/Case size range: 23.6“ - 11.8”L x 15.8” - 7.8“W x 3.9”- 11.8”D. Up to 120 product packages per min. Up to 20 cases per min.

Unit is missing Touch Screen Controller, kept by seller as back up. New touch screen is ~$1300 from OEM. Need to replace outfeed belt. Otherwise appears complete. Pick arm and exit conveyor are detached for shipping.
