Case packer suitable to complete the following production cycle: receive the product from an upstream machine and transport it via input belt; transfer the product to the stacking area for grouping and stratification operations; collection, forming and positioning of the cardboard between the teeth of the transport chain; transport the carton in correspondence of the area of filling and transport outgoing carton and operations of closing cardboard through partial taping.

MAIN FEATURES:
Machine with painted aluminum structure, equipped with Lexan protections complete with micro safety. Easy to clean and accessible. Equipped with no. 1 input product feeding belt; pneumatic product elevation group; stainless steel AISI 304S stacked product collection hopper with independent motorization; product introduction group with own motorization complete with encoder. The machine is also equipped with inclined carton magazine with a capacity of about 50 cartons; carton picking unit, with suction cup arm with independent motor complete with encoder; carton transport chain with independent motorization; lateral flap benders of cardboard (flap close) motorized by brushless motor; outgoing carton conveyor belts (upper and lower) with independent motorization and n.2 groups of taping with non-adhesive self-adhesive tape. A 3-colour signal tower is mounted on the machine to indicate the general working conditions. The balcony structure allows a total elimination of production residues and a complete cleaning. Phase start and stop buttons, indicator lights and signal displays are centralized in one panel. Easy format change made by handwheels and millimeter ladders. The system has a station that includes the Siemens TP170B SIMATIC PANEL touch control display with LINUX MARLIN vers5.2 operating system. The station has the following functions: alarm and counter display, format parameter setting and enabling control functions.
