Description

Pearson Case Packer, GLT-UNI, a fully automatic, 2-axis, top pick and place into tray or case. Standing or laying pouches or pillow bags. Previously used for case packing of popcorn pillow style bags. Bags can be placed directly into a box laying down, or loaded into a cassette which then stands them up inside of the box or tray. Case sizes range from 8" to 23" in Length and 6" to 22" in Width, as well as 1" to 14" in Depth.

The machine is equipped with 16" wide x 226" long empty case conveyor belt, 21" wide x 48" long vacuum belt product infeed, 21" wide x 132" long product indexing belt, 3 head / 2 axis, servo driven pick and place loading section which picks product from the side product conveyors to the empty case or tray conveyor. Control panel has an A/B PLC controller and A/B panel view controls with machine start, reset and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on a heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding.
