Description

The USA 2024-SB is a uniform semi-automatic case sealer. This is an adjustable, operator-fed machine
that processes same-size RSC boxes. This case sealer features premium side belt drives, processing a
wider range of cases with a belt speed of 82 FPM. By incorporating standard multi-wheel top squeezers, the major flaps are compressed before taping, offering a clean-looking, uniform finish.

It is equipped with Interpack’s top-of-the-line tape head, which was designed for fast changeover
and easy cleaning. The top tape head tips up to simplify roll replacement. The upper tape and mast is
adjusted using a slide and lock mechanism. The selectable floating upper head processes mild overfills. The upper head rests on dual columns for maximum stability. By offsetting the upper and lower taping heads, the USA 2024-SB can process cases as low as 3 ½”.

The self-tensioning, self-tracking dual side belts can be replaced in just a few simple steps. The side belts capture the case between two moving moving belts, reducing the force on the case. The belts are driven by twin 1/3 HP drive motors capable of 24/7 operation.
