Description

DESCRIPTION:
Semi-automatic sealer with manual sizing, which seals the bottom and top of boxes with self-adhesive tape. The machine can be used by non-specialized operators as it requires very simple adjustment operations. The feed of the box is carried out by means of two motorized side belts, thus ensuring maximum uniformity of sliding. The result is a perfect alignment of the layers and therefore an optimal sealing.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
Adjustable box size. Side pressure rollers. Adjustable roller feet for a perfect fit with carriers. Arm width and height adjustment for better adaptation to box size. Roller table for product sliding. Ideal for end of packaging line taping machine. The operator picks up a box and after only bending the lower flaps, he places it on the roller table; after filling it folds the upper flaps and pushes the box inside the taping machine. The machine simultaneously tapes the top and bottom of the box. Quick and fast format change for both width and height.
